It all starts with the people in our franchise headquarters in Dillon, Montana who test and select the best possible wheat from select Montana farms. We buy wheat from these farms and mill it into whole grain flour on a daily basis using the stone mill located in the back of our store. Fresh flour makes a huge difference in the taste, texture and shelf life of our breads. And the latest research indicates that flour’s nutritional content begins to decrease as soon as it is milled, so the fresher the better! None of our breads contain preservatives, oil, or added gluten, and they are all sweetened with honey. Also, you won’t find any high fructose corn syrup in this bakery! Our Honey Whole Wheat bread has five simple ingredients: whole wheat flour, water, honey, salt and yeast.
